| YAY! I finally got a new pic!! Yeah but I still can't put music onhere!! So why am I posting at 1am in the morning? That's dorm life. Just to think this is not how I will be spending the rest of my life. That is a sad thought  ! But it's okay! I am enjoying every moment of it  ! Right now the girls on my floor are modeling! It's the funniest sight ever! We have some of the craziest personalities ever! I do not think that it is really possible to go to bed at a decent hour on this floor at least not on the weekends! Fun times!!
So can anyone explain this new obsession that our campus has with facebook! I don't understand!! But as always I jumped on the bandwagon. I gave into the pressure. Well if anyone can help understand what I should do now that I have 100 friends and why about 10 of them do not even talk to me, that would be so helpful. THANKS!

| Ok! I know that it has been almost 2 months since I last posted, and I apologize. I think today is an AWESOME day to post because...
TODAY IS MY BIRTHDAY!!
Yes, today I am 21 years old!! I am already having such an AMAZING birthday celebration!! Last noght about 35 of my friends and I went to Joe's Crab Shack. If you have ever celebrated a birthday there, you already know that it was pretty much amazing! My best friend sent me shot classes to bring in the 21st year. So at 12:00 I poured myself and a few minors a couple of rounds of Sparkling Grape Juice!
This morning about an hour ago, three of my friends woke me up and kidnapped me. The took me to Riverside and we watched the sunrise, while we toasted with a litlle "bubbly." It was so sweet! I have such AMAZING friends! And there is so much more yet to come!! WHOOOHOOO!! | | |
| So it's been a while since I've posted. Thanks to all the friends who commented and did not yell at me for not posting in almost 2 months.
So..how has my summer been? Hmmm... It has been good. I have had alot of fun. I worked and made money and shopped and spent money (my favorite part)! I hung out with my friends and had asn absolute blast. However, I have about 2 weeks until I return to the campusof ORU where I will be asked about 200 times, "How was your summer?" I wanted to have this incredible summer! I wanted to go to California and New York (plans were cancelled and I spent my road trip money on a laptop...it's so cute....so bunny-trailing)! I wanted my friends from Missouri and family from Virginia to come visit me, but they couldn't and I hung out with the friends and family I have here. It wasn't a bad summer at all. In fact I had a blast. Ihave some great memories and even better pictures. I just want to be able to say more than, "It is really good!" because when say respond with," Oh yeah what did you do?"working and hanging out with freinds doesn't sound that intriguing!
Well, who cares? That is what my summer consisted of. I had a very good summer and I am so close to getting my driver's license...FINALLY! WOOHOO!! That's a fun memory! I guess this little rant about my summer issues has made me realize that I enjoyed my summer and that is all tha matters! So I guess I will see you all in a few weeks and I will tell yiou all about my funtastic summer! Hope yours has been as great as mine!! | | |
| Yesterday evening, my best friend, Jacquie, asked me to go out to eat with her after work. Of course I willingly accepted because doinganything with Jacquie is a blast! However, there was a slight catch to the evening's plans. We would be meeting Joel, her new boyfriend, one of our friends from high school, at the home of a guy that I went to junior high with, Kevin (It was king of like a epsode of "This is Your Life" right before it got cancelled). We met Joel ant Kevin's house along with Kevin's wife and his 4-year-old daughter, Madelyn. We all went out to the State & Allen Lounge where Kevin works and met up with more people I did not know. It appeared to be a fun modern hang out. Then we ordered the food. AWFUL. Then everyone decided to order wine! EVEN MORE AWFUL (And NO! Of course Jacquie and I didn't have any). THen the conversation began. AWFUL AND AWKWARD!! Joel had kept in touch with Kevin all these years and knew everyone there. Jacquie and I knew no one (except of course Joel and Kevin who weren't much help to the evening at all)! We spent the evening playing with Madelyn. Despite the fact that all ten of us were at the same table, it seemed there was a ten barrier keeping Madelyn, Jacquie and I in our own little world. That barrier could have been our maturity level...but, I would rather think it was because the other people were boring.
Later on the way home, Jacquie and I decided the only way to salvage our evening was to go out for icecream. We went to McDonald's, but there was a massive line. So we headed to Sonic because we had seen a sign that said "OPEN 'TIL AT LEAST 12AM!" So since it was around 11:30 we went to Sonic. But the fine print informed us that Sonic would not stay open late until June 1st! Then we went to Jack N the Box. They were out of icecream! Then another McDonald's open until 2AM...Fridays and Satirdays only! BOO!! Then Whataburger....We then remebered their icecream is really gross. We went to two gas stations. The inside store was closed! By this time, we really wanted incream any kind and sort. We then decided to go back to McDonoald's and just wait in line...and their icecreammachine was in heat mode! Finally one hour later, we went to Kroger and got Haagen Dazs! And that is the conclusion of my most boring summer night so far. But I realized that no matter what I do with Jacquie, we always make it memorable! YAY!! FUN TIMES HUH?
Now I find myself watching movies with my borther and sister and finishing up the Haagen Dazs from last night!! | | |

How To Clean Your Toilet - The Fun Way
Instructions on how to clean your toilet
1. Put both lids of the toilet up and add one-eighth cup of pet shampoo to the water in the bowl.
2. Pick up the cat and soothe him while you carry him towards the bathroom.
3. In one smooth movement, put the cat in the toilet and close both lids. You may need to stand on the lid.
4. The cat will self agitate and make ample suds. Never mind the noises that come from the toilet, the cat is actually enjoying this.
5. Flush the toilet three or four times. This provides a "power-wash" and rinse.
6. Have someone open the front door of your home. Be sure that there are no people between the bathroom and the front door.
7. Stand behind the toilet as far as you can, and quickly lift both lids.
8. The cat will rocket out of the toilet, streak through the bathroom, and run outside where he will dry himself off.
9. Both the toilet And the cat will be sparkling clean.
